An effective compound workout

Hello readers, welcome back to my post. In my previous post I discussed why you should train your forearms.

In the past I have mentioned the importance, benefits and my passion for compound exercises. From time to time I like to discover new compound exercisee which I can do, and recently I found that

In this post I will discuss an effective compound workout which is the biceps and chest flies that you can add to your program.

This workout is performed by doing straight bicep curls using the dumbbells either sitting or standing. Once you raise the dumbbells up bring it out wide and push in which now becomes the chest flies workout.
As stated on a few occasions this method is highly useful because you are saving yourself time where you can work both these muscle groups at the same period.

This compound workout enables both your biceps and chest to be pumped at the same time contributing to increased muscle strain. This factor is essential because it leads to a high growth and development of your muscle fibres.

It is important to know that there are many effective compound workouts which you can fit in to your routine. It is all about finding what works best for you. I discovered this compound workout and find i am getting great results from it.

Do let me know of any compound workouts you do as I am always on the look out for learning these new workouts.

I want to sincerely thank you for taking out the time to read my posts. The next post will be a continuation where I will expand a little deeper into this topic to discuss how we can take this compound workout to the next level. Stay tuned.
